Process data analysis

Connecting KRIS to your automation systems makes the process data visible. However, data alone will not get you anywhere. Various data analysis tools display the data clearly and make it usable for analysis. The progression of measured, calculated and binary values can be analyzed live, logs record production quantities, for example, and carry out time- and event-controlled calculations, and performance can be clearly displayed in dashboards. Energy management

With efficient energy management, you can contribute to climate protection and strengthen your competitiveness. KRIS can display energy flows in an up-to-date, clear and transparent manner. It enables you to continuously compare your target/actual figures and supports you in optimizing your energy consumption. One highlight: the batch-related evaluation of energy flows. This allows you to find out exactly how much energy it costs you to produce 1000 liters of beer, for example.

Recipe control

Recipe control gives KRIS an operational character in addition to its informative function. The system works directly on the machine and can load recipe parameters into the machine control system. When changing over product variants, the individual parameters and product data no longer have to be processed individually or decentrally. In addition, the operator can select recipe data records from optimally produced batches and load them back into the process control system.
