KRIKO Engineering is the innovative partner for Automation, Drives & Industrial IT. As an engineering service provider and independent system integrator, we offer over 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of automation, drive and IT projects in the industrial environment. We are active in numerous sectors: from the paper industry to chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, water/wastewater and the energy sector.

Your tasks

Modern and efficient systems and machines are the basis for our customers' success. Our task is to create, modernize or expand the drive and energy technology of these systems. Our sales department develops individual solutions for this.

Once the sales department has won the order, you will take responsibility for the successful implementation of this solution. The focus here is on customer satisfaction and a good technical solution that meets time and cost targets. You will lead an interdisciplinary project team, liaise closely with customers and suppliers and ensure that the project runs smoothly throughout all phases. You will coordinate all activities from design, programming, material procurement and assembly through to commissioning.

As part of project management, you will visit our customers on site. You will travel both regionally and internationally. The production and processing of paper, metal and film offers you a wide range of tasks with drive solutions for multi-motor drives, winding drives and cross cutters. In power plant technology, our portfolio ranges from power generation to medium and low voltage distribution. There is always the opportunity to take on sales tasks. These range from carrying out individual presentations to responsible customer support.

Your profile

  • Degree in electrical and automation engineering, electrical engineer, master electrician or a comparable qualification
  • Broad expertise in drive, energy and automation technology
  • Basic knowledge of IT & OT
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally initial management experience
  • Willingness to travel and undergo further training
  • Ability to work in a team, independence and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
